The clear pickguard cracked, so the pickups were direct-mounted on a raised round wooden rod and replaced with passive EMG-HZ units. The strap locks are Schaller locking pins (the strap-side part is not included). The tone control is cut, the tremolo back plate is missing, and the gold plating on some parts is worn. The neck is generally straight when tuned down a half step with no twist, about 75 percent of the fret material remains, the truss rod has room, and the controls have no crackle.
