They do offer a full refund on items returned within 30 days after inspection this will cover the purchase price of the item no other costs are covered.

Returns: 

A full refund is offered if an item is returned within 30 days of purchase for inspection. Return postage is at the buyer’s cost.

Part must not have been fitted or used this can be determined by security markings and other signs.

Items are security marked to prevent false returns and items being removed from products.

Installation: 

Customers are responsible for having items fitted and checked by a competent person.

Use of parts or equipment: 

Before use, all equipment should be checked, serviced, and calibrated if necessary.
