The Brooks Ghost 16 GTX Women is a superbly cushioned and versatile all-round running shoe for women, ideal for training sessions in cold, wet weather thanks to its weatherproof properties. It is equipped with the innovative, lightweight GORE-TEX® Invisible Fit membrane, which is bonded directly to the upper material, ensuring reliable water and windproofness without restricting the shoe's breathability or soft fit. The heart of the shoe is the new DNA LOFT v3 midsole made of nitrogen-containing foam, which offers exceptionally soft cushioning while being lightweight. Together with the segmented crash pad in the outsole, the shoe absorbs hard impacts confidently and enables a particularly smooth and flowing rolling behavior from heel to toe. The profiled RoadTack rubber outsole also guarantees a secure grip on damp asphalt roads as well as light forest and field paths.
