This is Athearn Genesis ATHG75917, road number SP 621125, featuring the classic Southern Pacific oxide/brown finish with large white SOUTHERN PACIFIC lettering.

As part of Athearn's premium Genesis line, this model features an impressive level of prototype-specific detail, including finely rendered ladders and end platforms, roof walk, underbody equipment, metal wheelsets, knuckle couplers and extensive factory-applied lettering and data.

This example is exceptionally clean and appears to have seen little use. The metal wheel treads show very little visible operating wear, and the body, paint and lettering present extremely well.

Please note: one small air/brake hose detail near the coupler appears to be loose or detached at one end. It is visible in the photographs. Otherwise, the visible detail appears to be in excellent condition. Please review all photographs carefully for exact condition.
