Payment

You can use various payment methods based on eBay Managed Payments. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Cancellations & Returns

Cancellation or returns will be accepted only if the item has an obvious problem that was not mentioned in the listing description. If that, please let us know within 3 days you got the item. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs and any charge incurred shipping products back.

International Buyers

Import duties, taxes, and fees are not included in the item price or shipping costs. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office prior to bidding/buying. These additional costs are normally collected by the shipping company or when you pick the item up. Please note that these are not additional shipping charges.
This does not apply to SpeedPak shipments to the USA.

Repair, replacement and legal guarantee

We are a professional seller based in Japan. Almost all of the items we sell are used or vintage, and most are one-of-a-kind - we hold only a single unit of each item.

For consumers habitually resident in an EU Member State - that is, if you are buying mainly for purposes outside your trade, business, craft or profession, and the consumer law of an EU Member State applies to your purchase:

• If your item has a lack of conformity covered by the applicable legal guarantee, please message us through eBay before returning it. You may choose between repair and replacement. Where the law requires it, the remedy is provided free of the necessary costs to you.



• Your chosen remedy may not be available if it is impossible, or if compared with the other remedy it would impose disproportionate costs on us. Because our items are used and one-of-a-kind, an identical replacement unit is often not available. If the conditions under the applicable law are met, you may instead be entitled to a proportionate price reduction, or to terminate the purchase and receive a refund. Termination may not be available for a minor lack of conformity.



• If repair is carried out as the legal remedy, the seller's liability period is normally extended once by at least 12 months. The national law that applies to your purchase may provide a longer period, or a different system giving equivalent protection. We will tell you which rule applies to your purchase, and explain your choice between repair and replacement, before we provide the remedy.

For buyers outside the European Union: the information above reflects European Union consumer law and applies where that law governs the purchase. Your purchase remains subject to the returns policy shown in this listing, the eBay Money Back Guarantee, and any mandatory rights that apply under the law governing your purchase.
