Chunky Albert chain each link is impressed with the lion passant ie it's Victorian solid silver and without doing my homework I would say it's before 1900 and after 1850. A bit of a wideboy.  Total weight is 75 g. The dog clip looks like someone in the past tried to rip it from someone's waistcoat. You'll need to get yourself a new dog clip or bash this one back into it's home position. Part of the horses tail has come off.
