About Us
Dronsfields is a family-run business and has been established for over 40 years.
Dronsfields employ over 50 staff in all departments from the busy sales office to the high tech dismantling department.

As well as a busy car and commercial parts department, we have a modern workshop with Mercedes-trained technicians and the latest diagnostic equipment. Our prices are a fraction of the main dealers without compromising on quality.

Our export department is the fastest growing side of our business. We send parts all over the world, from single items to large containers full of Mercedes part. Wherever you are in the world, we can satisfy your Mercedes needs.
Warrany And Returns
At Dronsfields Independent Mercedes we supply all our used parts with a three month warranty as standard, we offer extra warranty plans at a percentage of the parts final price, feel free to inquire about this option before placing your order.

All our parts are stamped with our own markings and removing or attempting to remove this mark will invalidate the warranty we have supplied with the part.

All parts must be checked on arrival, if parts are signed for in good condition without opening the package and the part has been broken or damaged in transit there is nothing much we can do so if the driver refuses to wait then simply sign for the parcel as damaged to ensure your covering yourself.

All our parts are tested on the vehicles before removal to ensure we are supplying the best used parts possible.

If for any reason a part we have supplied is wrong or faulty then this should be reported to Dronsfields independent mercedes within 48 hours.

Once we receive the part back and it is proven to be a wrong or faulty we will send out a replacement part, if we cannot exchange then a full refund will be issued but please note we do not cover any labor charges.

If a correct part is sent but wrongly ordered by the customer it must be reported to Dronsfields independent mercedes within 7 days and returned at the customers cost for a refund minus original delivery charge and 25% handling fee.

Please note that some items we will deliver with our own company drivers to prevent damage so please allow a few days extra on delivery.
