Once your payment is confirmed, your pen is retrieved from our warehouse, hand-inspected once more, and packed with care for its journey. Please allow some time for this careful preparation before dispatch — our handling time reflects this process.
If a part-used ink cartridge is fitted in the pen, it is removed before shipping to prevent leaks in transit, and the pen is sealed in a bag. A converter, when included, always stays with the pen.
We ship worldwide via SpeedPAK, FedEx, DHL, or Japan Post, selected for the safest route to your country. All packages include tracking.
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are already included in the total price or shipping cost (DDP: Delivered Duty Paid). No additional customs charges will be collected upon delivery, so you can buy with confidence.
For items priced at €150 or less, import duties are prepaid by us and VAT is collected by eBay at checkout (DDP). Nothing more to pay on delivery. For items over €150, import duties and fees are the buyer's responsibility.
Any import duties, taxes, or fees not collected by eBay at checkout are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office before purchasing.
We do not undervalue items or mark shipments as “gifts.” Such actions are prohibited by both Japanese and international regulations.
