We are a family-run business, open Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM Eastern Time. We reserve evenings and weekends for family time. Messages and requests received outside business hours will be addressed during our next business day.

SHIPPING

We offer one-business-day handling, shipping orders within one business day of payment. eBay calculates the shipping charge using the package’s weight and dimensions, your delivery location, and the shipping service selected. Please review the shipping cost and estimated delivery dates shown in the listing. We carefully pack each order for shipping.

COMBINED SHIPPING

We are happy to combine shipping when items can be safely packed together. Please pay for your purchases as usual, then message us to request a shipping-overage refund.

Shipping refunds must be requested and apply only to items shipped together. Refunds are calculated and issued after shipment, once the shipping label cost is known.

For combined orders of more than three items, a $1 handling fee applies to each additional item beginning with the fourth. This fee is deducted from any applicable shipping-overage refund.
