A Christmas countdown calendar with twenty-four acrylic aircraft charms, one behind each day. An advent calendar for anyone who likes aeroplanes rather than chocolate – and because the charms are keepsakes rather than sweets, the collection is still there on Christmas Day instead of having been eaten by the 3rd of December.

Key Features

  • Twenty-four charms, one for each day – a different aircraft behind every door through December, so there is something to look forward to each morning.
  • Aviation theme – a mix of airliner and jet shapes, which makes it a proper gift for a plane-spotter, cadet, pilot, cabin crew member or aviation enthusiast rather than a generic novelty.
  • Keepsakes, not confectionery – nothing to eat means no allergy worries and nothing gone by the first week, and the finished set can be displayed, hung or kept.
  • Suits Christmas gifts and gift sets – works as a main gift, a secret santa, a stocking filler or the thing that keeps a child occupied through the countdown.
  • Acrylic rather than paper – the charms are solid pieces that survive being handled, not printed card that creases by the 10th.
  • Compatible for charm bracelets, keyrings, zip pulls and lanyards – the pieces can be used rather than just collected, depending on the fittings supplied.
  • Good for all ages – aviation is as much an adult interest as a children's one, and this suits either; please see the age guidance below.

Gifting tip: an advent calendar has to be in the recipient's hands before the 1st of December, so order in good time rather than in the last week of November. If it is for a child, agree in advance where the charms are going to live as they come out – a small tin or a jar on a shelf – because twenty-four little pieces loose on a worktop will not all survive to Christmas Eve. Keeping the box means it stores the collection afterwards.
Please note: contains small parts which could be swallowed – not suitable for children under 36 months, and younger children should be supervised. Acrylic charms can have firm edges and will crack if stood on or bent, so they are keepsakes rather than toys for rough play. The exact aircraft designs and the mix of pieces may vary, so please ask before ordering if you need a particular one. Unbranded generic aircraft designs – this set is not licensed by, endorsed by or associated with any aircraft manufacturer, airline or air force, and carries no airline livery or military insignia.
