Mini Metal Barrel Washer
This is a cool piece, I believe it was a souvenir from the UK from my grandparents' trip decades ago. The wringer really moves and winds, and it "clicks" into place on the top. You can swing it out and open the top of the barrel and you can see why I believe it's an ashtray (a holder for your cig on the lid). Unique! See pictures for full detail, this does have a unique patina and does appear to be brass.
