There is something unmistakably nostalgic about an old-fashioned baseball cap. Long before modern fitted hats and oversized embroidered logos became commonplace, ballplayers and local teams wore simple wool caps with short bills and distinctive sewn-on emblems. From small-town ballparks and company-sponsored leagues to summer afternoons spent cheering from wooden bleachers, these traditional caps evoke an earlier era of American baseball. This vintage navy blue cap captures that classic look with its soft, structured crown, stitched bill, and striking cream-colored embroidered patch featuring a circular monogram and the number “57.” Whether displayed alongside vintage sporting equipment or added to a collection of historic athletic clothing, it has wonderful old-school character.
