This Talbots skirt for the Oprah Magazine collection is in excellent used condition !!   It is made of a black, cotton / spandex blend fabric. It has a pretty lavender, white and green floral print.  There are no pockets.  It zips up the back. it is fully lined. There is an 8 1/2" open kick pleat at the center, back bottom.  PLEASE!!!! Check the measurements below against a skirt that fits you well !!
