I have installed Ventura using Opencore. The latest supported MacOS is Monterey. Ventura works very well. Monterey is a bit old hat now. If you need any help regarding Opencore Installation I will be pleased to help.
Original Apple Charger is included.
Very nice laptop, beautiful Apple construction. More sturdy than the newer models I think. Also you can upgrade the M.2 SSD if you like. Very easy to do.
