SPLENDID & DIVERSE GROUP OF ASSORTED NATURAL AGATE & JASPER? ~ EXCELLENT QUALITY

This auction is for the BEAUTIFUL GROUP OF ITEMS, as shown in detail, in the numerous photographs that accompany this listing.

PLEASE NOTE: I am not an expert regarding any type of collectibles such as these highly sought after items. I do not claim to have any expertise in grading their conditions so I am unable to advise you as to conditions and/or issues.

ALSO, PLEASE NOTE THAT Due to my lack of knowledge about these items I AM NOT MAKING ANY ASSURANCES THAT THE DESCRIPTIONS SET FORTH ABOVE, OR BELOW, ARE COMPLETELY, OR EVEN PARTIALLY, ACCURATE.

In preparing this listing, I reviewed listings of many similar items and may have used some of their comments and/or terminology. However, since I am not an expert about these items, I may have inadvertently and unintentionally made incorrect /inaccurate references about these items based upon my review of other similar items.

Consequently, I would COMPLETELY DEFER to the numerous photographs included with this listing AND ASK THAT YOU PLEASE USE YOUR OWN JUDGMENT AS TO THESE ITEMS’ CONDITIONS AND DESCRIPTIONS.

In my layman’s opinion, these great looking pieces are in EXCEPTIONAL CONDITION and have no significant flaws and/or defects that I am aware of or know about. As one would expect, they may show some signs of age and use, but I am unaware of any major structural issues or damage with regard to these items.

AGAIN PLEASE NOTE:

I AM NOT AN EXPERT AND/OR A DEALER REGARDING THESE ITEMS AND/OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF COLLECTIBLES AND I DO NOT CLAIM TO HAVE ANY EXPERTISE IN GRADING THEIR CONDITIONS OR OTHERWISE EVALUATING THEIR VALUES OR INTRICACIES.

CONSEQUENTLY, I WILL TOTALLY DEFER TO THE PHOTOGRAPHS AND ASK THAT YOU USE YOUR OWN JUDGMENT REGARDING YOUR ASSESSMENT AS TO THE DESCRIPTION, CONDITION, QUALITY AND VALUE OF THESE ITEMS.

I have always taken great pride in my collection, so most all of my items are in GREAT shape and have been very carefully taken care of in clean, smoke and pet free, climate controlled conditions.

As is the case with all of my listings, these items are being sold “AS IS” and there are NO RETURNS AND/OR REFUNDS.

Because I am not a dealer in these items, I am not in a position to offer returns or refunds. All of my items are being sold “AS IS” with no warranties or other assurances. Thus, please review all of the photographs very carefully for condition, measurements and other details PRIOR TO BIDDING.

Based upon my review of similar items, I HAVE SET A STARTING PRICE THAT I BELIEVE IS EXTREMELY REASONABLE FOR SUCH NICE AND EXTRAORDINARILY HARD TO FIND ITEMS THAT ARE SO HIGHLY SOUGHT AFTER.

I HOPE YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE THIS INTO ACCOUNT AND BID ON THESE ITEMS ACCORDINGLY.

Please don’t miss out on this great opportunity to add these great items to your collection.

Thank you for your interest in my auctions.
