All orders under 25Kg are on a tracked 2-to-3-day service with DPD or FedEx. Small Parcels (under 1Kg) are sent with a Royal Mail Tracked 48® Service.

We normally respond to return requests within two business days. Once an authorised return has been delivered back to us, it will be inspected and the appropriate refund, replacement or other agreed remedy will be processed through eBay.

Your Legal Remedies
If goods do not conform to the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the consumer may have the following remedies:

A consumer will normally have 30 days from delivery to reject goods that are faulty, materially misdescribed or otherwise fail to conform to the contract.
Where the short-term right to reject applies, the consumer may be entitled to a refund. The seller is normally responsible for the reasonable cost of returning genuinely faulty or non-conforming goods.
After the initial 30-day period, the normal first remedy is a repair or replacement.
For many purchases made online from a business seller, consumers also have cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Subject to the applicable exceptions, a consumer may notify the seller that they wish to cancel within 14 days beginning the day after receiving the goods. The goods must then normally be returned within a further 14 days.
The consumer may be responsible for the direct return cost where this was clearly stated before purchase. The seller must normally refund the basic outbound delivery charge, but does not have to refund the additional cost of an upgraded or express delivery service.
A reasonable deduction may be made where the consumer has handled the goods beyond what would be reasonably necessary to inspect them and that handling has reduced their value.

Processing your return quickly is our priority and a refund / replacement will be done as soon as the item is returned to our warehouse. We aim to turnaround all orders within 2 working days and process a refund or dispatch your exchange within this timeframe. During festive and sales periods this may be extended slightly.
What is DAP (Delivered at Place)?
DAP (Delivered at Place) is the most widely used Incoterm for UK-to-EU trade since Brexit. Under DAP, the seller delivers the goods on the arriving vehicle at the named place of destination, ready for unloading. The seller bears all risks and costs of transport to the destination, but import customs clearance is the buyer's responsibility.

EORI Numbers !
EU buyers should prepare their EORI details before goods are shipped.
From the 1st January 2021 all EU customers will require an EORI to import goods purchased from the UK. This rule is for businesses and individuals alike.
It is used by customs and other authorities to monitor and track shipments coming into and out of the European Union. Customers should apply online to their local tax authority to obtain this number.
Placing an order without first obtaining your EORI number could result in a shipping delay.

UK seller's responsibilities
The seller:
- Packs the server.
- Prepares the commercial invoice.

- Carries the risk of loss or damage until the server arrives at that address, ready for unloading.
- Retains export evidence to support zero-rating the sale for UK VAT.
French buyer's responsibilities
Before or during delivery, the courier may contact the French buyer for:
- French import VAT.
- Any applicable customs duty.
- A customs-clearance or disbursement fee.
- Importer identification or other customs information.
Assume, purely for illustration, that the customs value is £1,100, customs duty is zero and French import VAT is calculated at 20%.
