The sizing seemed true to size. The extra internal quilted layer is attached by robust zips so it's easy to install and remove. There are lots of hanging threads from the manufacturing process which should have been removed at this price point.

Excellent pair of waterproof and thermal lined outlast trousers. Great fit and perfect for the deluges we have been having - no ingress of water and the outlast thermal liner is really soft and comfortable - highly recommend these
Well made, sizing is terrible

They are quite comfortable when you finally find the right size. I'm usually XL but had to go as far as 4xl to get this to fit. Once that was sorted it's a decent trousers especially as it's half price at the time I bought. Comfortable and warm thanks to the outlast liner. Short would fit anyone close to a 30 inch leg.
