Very rare costume. Overall good condition, though does have a couple of small dot dirty marks near the face. I didn't try to clean the dirty spots at all, so it's possible that they look much better with some light cleaning or worst case scenario, a bleach pen would probably take them right out. No rips or anything like that, that I noticed. "One Size Fits Most", because you just kind of slip this costume over whatever else you're wearing, however, if you have a particularly large head, you might have trouble getting it into the straw. The previous owner had stuffed the straw with plastic grocery bags to give it some shape, which I thought was pretty clever, so I left them in, but you can very easily take them out and replace with something else if you'd like. Packaging is a little dirty and the insert art obviously has a fair amount of creasing. Price reflects condition. Please see photos for exact condition and feel free to message me with any questions.
