Function:

Remove 99% rust, silt, sand, iron and other undissolved particles in dirty water. As the first line of defense in the filtration system, protect your water using appliances and plumbing for fresher water, improve water quality and taste.

Lifetime:

For better water quality, recommended replace TWO or THREE times a year, depending on the quality of the original water source and application type. Recommended change out differential pressure is 30psi (2.1bar).

Standard Dimension:

20 inches x 2.5 inches 5 micron polypropylene sediment filter cartridge. Compatible with a wide rage of industrial filter housings and the whole house filter housings.

Top-Notch Quality:

The high capacity polypropylene sediment filter is able to achieve filtration down to 5 microns. The filters are tested by an independent third-party to meet NSF/ANSI 42 standards. They have a capacity of 30,000 gallons of water, enough to supply a family of four with fresh water for half a year (depending on your water quality). The 20” x 2.5” filter cartridges have a minimum impact on water flow (up to 12 GPM) and require minimum maintenance.

Multi-Layer Structure:

Three separate gradient density layers enhance cartridge performance, higher dirt-holding capacity than the similar sized sediment water filter.

Sparse Layer: Large particles are filtered to extend the filter life.

Compaction Layer: Made with fine fiber and filters smaller particles that passed through the sparse layer.

Precision Layer: Small dust is filtered to assure efficiency of water filtration process in the following stages.
