Postage cost are now controlled by as Ebay and they have come up with the stupid idea the seller will not get paid until delivery can be has happened, so everything has to be tracked. Anyone who uses the post knows they often get parcels before the tracking registers they have been sent. I have found the most reliable is Royal mail 48 tracked (you would imagine 48 was the number of hours, but no that is silly to think that).
