Comic book is in fair to good condition , bit of a stain on the right bottom corner of comic and slight wear on edge's , I've included these in the pictures above. Pages are still solid and crisp , no tears or creases , and I've housed it in new comic bag , backboard & Top Loader. Comic is signed by the artist himself - Steve Penfold in 2016.
