The Behringer CX3400 is a stereo crossover for home-audio setups that need multiple frequency bands directed to separate drivers or amplifier channels. It suits multi-way speaker arrangements using two-way, three-way, or mono four-way operation. Every output includes a limiter and a switch for phase reversal. Each input also has a switchable 25 Hz subsonic filter, while selectable equalization supports constant-directivity horns. State-variable Linkwitz-Riley filters provide a 24 dB/octave slope for precise band separation. When outputs are combined, the summed amplitude response stays flat and phase difference remains at zero.
