1995 LAZY DAZE 23’ CLASS C MOTORHOME – CHEVY 350 – 75K MILES – CLEAN TITLE
Up for auction is my 1995 Lazy Daze 23-foot Class C motorhome on a Chevrolet chassis, powered by the 5.7L Chevy 350 V8. Approximately 75,000 original miles, clean California title/pink slip in hand, recently smogged and currently registered.
This is a solid, good-running Lazy Daze in nice overall condition for its age.

MECHANICAL
Runs excellent and drives very well. I recently drove it approximately 150 miles from Madera to Alameda, California, without any problems. I would not hesitate to drive it on another long trip.
Recent maintenance and details:
- Brand-new battery
- Brand-new alternator with lifetime warranty
- Fresh oil change
- Rear axle seals recently replaced
- Recently passed California smog
- Currently registered
- Approximately 75,000 original miles
The tires are older but have good tread, are not cracked, and performed fine on the trip.
COACH & APPLIANCES
This is a rear-bath floor plan and a non-generator model.
The following systems and appliances have been tested and are working:
- Refrigerator
- Stove/range
- Water heater
- Furnace
- Coach/roof air conditioning
- Fresh-water/plumbing system
- Sinks and faucets
- Toilet

- Awning

A new aluminum step was recently installed at the rear entry door.
INTERIOR
The interior has been professionally cleaned, including the carpet, cushions, and bed/mattress.

- Storage cabinets throughout
- Rear bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower
The interior is in nice overall condition for its age and retains the classic Lazy Daze layout and cabinetry.
KNOWN ISSUES
- Cab/dash air conditioning does not work.
- Horn does not work.
- Cab radio does not work.
- There was a small leak in the front corner of the coach near the overhead bed. The source of the roof leak has been repaired. Some minor evidence of the previous leak remains and is visible in the photos and video.
- Exterior has normal age-related cosmetic imperfections, including areas of paint and body wear.
- Tires are older, although they have good tread and no visible cracking.
This is a used 1995 motorhome, not a restored or show-quality vehicle.
OVERALL CONDITION
This is a solid, usable Lazy Daze that runs and drives very well. It has approximately 75,000 miles, a clean California title, current registration, recent smog certification, and working coach appliances.
The interior has been professionally cleaned, and the motorhome presents well for its age.
