This Texteis Penedo  red and white snowflake throw blanket was made in Portugal with a combination of cotton and acrylic. It is approximately 53 1/2" X 62 " not including the approximately 3 1/2" fringe.  The throw is very soft and I would say medium weight. It is machine washable, though not recommended to go in the dryer. There are no rips, or stains.
