helmet is in unworn, brand-new condition (never used on a motorcycle), its value is strictly driven by the collector market. 

Determining its exact market value depends on which line it is built on:

Exposed 3K carbon weave visible on the black/moon side with the clear rear aerodynamic spoiler.

So the only thing I see wrong with it is the clear plastic visor shield in the back of the helmet has a broken peg . See the last three pictures - so even though it looks new and the owner said it sat on a shelf - it still has that one issue .
