Hello and thank you for viewing!

Offered here is a vintage 1976 U.S. Bicentennial first day cover featuring the 13¢ Flag Over Independence Hall postage stamp.

The cover is postmarked April 17, 1976 at Princess Anne, Maryland 21853. The commemorative cachet features a scroll representing The Declaration of Independence and the inscription “Born Somerset County April 17, 1741.”

This attractive patriotic cover would make a nice addition to a collection of American Bicentennial memorabilia, Maryland postal history, Revolutionary War-related material, or vintage U.S. covers.
