Description

Interesting mixed decorative lot comprising a carved green stone scarab beetle ornament and two fossil shell specimens.

The scarab is carved in an Egyptian revival style, with engraved hieroglyphic-style detail to the underside. It has attractive natural green-grey stone colouring and works well as a small display piece, desk ornament or curiosity item.

Also included are two natural fossil specimens, including an ammonite-style spiral fossil and a second shell-form fossil in matrix. A nice lot for collectors of curiosities, fossils, natural history pieces, Egyptian-style décor or cabinet display.
