This postcard has an image of a heraldic crest on a tartan background.  It is the crest and tartan for "Macdonald of Glengarry" and is one of the "Clan Tartan Heraldic" series published by Ja-Ja.  Postally used and dated 14th August 190?.  Light green halfpenny Edward VII stamp so the first decade of the 1900s.

The card is in a very good minus condition overall.  Rubs at corners, tiny creases at corners, a little very light grubbiness to white area of card, edge rubs, the odd bump to edges, light grubbiness, and the odd tiny mark to reverse of card.

Please check scans carefully as they help with condition too.

Please note surface mail or first class inland mail options are always available, please ask for a quote.

Overseas postage - please note I only charge what it costs me to send the item. I do pack my cards well to withstand a long journey and to try and ensure that they are well protected against damage and weather, this means that the package does not fit through the 5mm letter slot and is sent as a small parcel. I can however send many postcards for the same cost as one.

I try to be accurate with my descriptions but if you have any questions please contact me. Take a look at my other auctions and ebay shop items for more collectable items.
