Minolta M-Rokkor 40mm f/2 Leica M-Mount Lens
Small lens. Big character. A classic everyday companion.
The Minolta M-Rokkor 40mm f/2 brings together a bright aperture, compact design and a wonderfully natural perspective. Sitting between the familiar 35mm and 50mm focal lengths, it’s ideal for street photography, travel, candid portraits and everyday storytelling.
Its fast f/2 aperture offers flexibility in low light and attractive background blur, while manual focusing puts you in control of every frame. Discreet and lightweight, it makes a beautifully balanced pairing with a Minolta CL or CLE.
Whether you’re rediscovering film or exploring classic glass on a compatible digital camera, this little prime brings plenty of photographic charm.
Leica M mount. Please check camera compatibility and 40mm frameline availability.
Lens is in good condition with some slight brassing. However is in good working order and the focusing and aperture ring are lovely and as expected. There is some fungus in the lens so would benefit a clean.
