The PACE 4 Pro carries a wide set of activity modes, training plans and structured workouts, covering road to full multi-sport transitions. Every mode taps into the sharper AMOLED display for cleaner data at a glance mid-session, from checking splits on the move to reviewing a workout summary after. The silicone bands are built to handle heavy use, drying quickly after an ocean swim and staying comfortable through a full day of wear.

The PACE 4 Pro steps up to a 1.47 inch AMOLED display behind 2.5D sapphire glass, reaching 3,500 nits of peak brightness inside a titanium bezel built to take a knock. Dual-frequency GPS across GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou and QZSS locks on fast and holds the line under tree cover, backed by double the RAM of the standard PACE 4 for noticeably quicker map loading and zoom. The 4th-generation optical heart rate sensor adds a fifth channel and an onboard ECG for more consistent HR, HRV and SpO2 readings across training and sleep. Battery stretches to 60 hours of AUTO GPS recording and up to 21 days of daily use, well ahead of the standard PACE 4.

The watch pairs with Strava, Health Connect and your other favourite training platforms, so data syncs smoothly, now backed by direct WiFi sync to the COROS server alongside the usual Bluetooth connection. Glance at your wrist to stay on top of calls and messages, use Find My Phone or Find My Watch if something goes missing, and control compatible GoPro, Insta360 or DJI cameras without reaching for your phone. Forgot your headphones? The built-in speaker has you covered.
