For 1/2'' & 3/4'' PEX Copper Crimp Rings

ASTM F1807 covers PEX crimp fittings and copper rings for PEX-B tubing. The KF CPTEC dual-head PEX crimper helps re-round slightly deformed copper rings, reducing waste and replacement costs, and supports efficient, consistent PEX crimp connections for jobsite and DIY use.

• FOR ASTM F1807 COPPER CRIMP CONNECTIONS – Designed for compatible ASTM F1807 plumbing connections using properly matched PEX tubing, insert fittings and copper crimp rings. Suitable for correctly sized PEX-B tubing in applicable residential water-supply and plumbing installations.
• FIXED 1/2 & 3/4 IN PROFILES – NO DIE CHANGES – Two built-in compression profiles handle common 1/2 in and 3/4 in connections without interchangeable dies or loose inserts. Move between both sizes during repiping, manifold work, fixture hookups and water-line repairs with less setup.
• CUT, CRIMP & CHECK IN ONE SET – Includes a tubing cutter and Go/No-Go gauge for pipe preparation and finished-ring inspection. Make a clean square cut, position the fitting and ring, complete the compression, then use the gauge to check the finished connection.
• HEAT-TREATED FORGED STEEL JAWS – Forged working surfaces are heat-treated for repeated copper-ring compression, while the chrome-plated finish helps protect exposed metal surfaces. Extended handles provide added mechanical leverage for controlled two-handed operation and stable force transfer.
