They are smokeless and relatively “dripless” when correctly burned (placed straight in a holder, and away from drafts), and non-allergenic.  Placing the candle perfectly straight is important to prevent drips.

 

Please allow for some inconsistencies as a result of the handmade process, such as slight differences in colour of natural beeswax, tiny bubbles or marks from the molds.

With beeswax candles a dusty looking "bloom" forms when beeswax reacts with the air. It shows less on natural beeswax with no colour, but will appear on coloured candles. You can remove it by buffing the candles with a soft lint-free cloth or paper towel. This removes fingerprints easily as well.

When the air is cool the bloom forms more quickly.  There may be bloom on the candles by the time the candles get to you and will form over time with candle storage.
