Warranty / Returns

Returns are accepted only if the item is materially not as described. If the mistake is ours, we will offer a replacement or refund when possible. Items purchased in error, ordered by mistake, or later found unsuitable for buyer's intended use are not eligible for return.

Payment
Payment must be made through eBay-approved payment methods for shipped items. Serious buyers only. Items must be paid for within 7 days unless other arrangements are made. Unpaid orders may be cancelled and relisted.

Shipping / Pickup
Items are professionally packaged for safe shipment. Standard-size items ship via Economy. Large or heavy items may ship by palletized freight.

We do combine shipping when possible. Please contact us before payment if purchasing multiple items.

Store Information
We sell a wide variety of industrial, laboratory, factory, household, estate, parts, tools, lab glass, and miscellaneous items, often with negotiable prices. Please feel free to view our other listings and add us to your saved sellers list, as our inventory is updated regularly!

Our office is closed weekends and most holidays. Messages and shipments are handled during normal business hours.
