Vintage Capodimonte Style Italian Porcelain Ewer Pitcher – Applied Pink Rose – 25 cm Beautiful mid-to-late 20th century Capodimonte-style porcelain ewer from Italy. This elegant decorative pitcher features a large three-dimensional applied pink rose with green leaves on a glossy white body. The piece has classic rococo-inspired scrolled handle, painted leaf and scroll accents in soft green and brown tones, and a graceful footed base. Markings: Stamped on the base with a crown, “CAPODIMONTE” and “MADE ITALY”. Measurements: Height: approximately 25 cm (9.8 inches) Condition: Good overall vintage condition. The main body, handle, spout and base are free of cracks or chips. The applied rose shows a small chip to the underside of the petal edge (clearly visible in the close-up photos). Normal age-related wear is present on the unglazed feet. Please examine all photos carefully as they form part of the description. This is a decorative Capodimonte-style piece made in Italy, not an original 18th-century royal factory example. A charming display piece that looks lovely on a shelf, mantel or side table.
