Shipping

Eligible listings are dispatched using the delivery service shown in the listing. Please check the Postage and Payments information for an estimated delivery time and price for your specific item. Delivery times are estimates provided by the courier and may be affected by network delays or circumstances outside our control.

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 12:00 on a working day are usually dispatched the same working day where the listing and courier service allow.

We take care to pick, inspect and pack used vehicle parts securely before dispatch. Please inspect your parcel and item on delivery. If there is visible damage, notify the courier where possible and contact us promptly through eBay so we can help resolve the issue.

Collection-in-person orders should be collected within the agreed collection period during our normal business hours. Please contact us before travelling so we can confirm that the order is ready for collection.

For pallet or oversized deliveries, please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the item. Failed delivery attempts may cause delays or additional courier charges.

Delivery services are provided by third-party couriers. If delays occur outside our control, we will do our best to minimise the impact. For significant delays exceeding 7 days, please contact us to discuss cancellation and a refund for services not received.

Returns & Warranty

B2C (Business to Customer)

All parts come with a 30-day limited warranty, unless damaged through misuse or incorrect installation. Returns must be securely packaged and sent using a tracked shipping service. The warranty covers the part only and does not cover labour, garage, fitting, or related costs. Claims made after the 30-day warranty period may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Where a return is agreed, please send the item back using a tracked service and with suitable packaging to prevent damage in transit. Returned items must match the item supplied and may be checked against our identifying marks before a refund, replacement or exchange is processed.

B2B (Business to Business)

Business-to-business warranty terms may differ depending on the part category and the terms stated in the listing. Please contact us through eBay before purchase if you require confirmation of the applicable warranty.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us before leaving feedback. We will always do our best to resolve genuine issues quickly and fairly.

Items ordered in error, incorrectly matched by the buyer, or returned incomplete, tampered with, dismantled or in a condition different from that supplied may not qualify for a full refund. Return postage and handling costs may apply where permitted by eBay policy and applicable law.

ECUs, modules, radios, stereos, head units and other electronic components may require programming, coding, pairing or resetting to the receiving vehicle. Unless expressly stated, programming or security codes are not included.
