This cleverly designed cookware combines a stainless steel exterior with a dark nonstick cooking surface and Thomas Rosenthal's convenient Cook & Pour draining system. The pan incorporates pour spouts along the rim, while the fitted glass lid has built-in perforated straining sections, allowing cooking liquid to be drained directly from the pan without transferring food to a separate colander.

The pan measures approximately 9.5" in diameter and features a long stainless steel handle. The fitted glass lid has a substantial metal rim and loop handle. Thomas Rosenthal Group branding appears on the bottom of the pan, handle and glass lid.

A particularly useful piece for pasta, vegetables, potatoes and other foods where cooking and draining can be accomplished in the same pan.
