Introducing the Ibanez AZ2402 Electric Guitar in Ice Blue Metallic (ICM). This high-performance model from the acclaimed AZ series features a 22-fret, HH pickup configuration, delivering versatile and powerful sound ideal for modern players.
The guitar boasts an AZ Oval C S-TECH WOOD Roasted Maple neck, utilizing Miyagi-developed nitrogen heat-treated maple, known as Estec Wood. This innovative material offers exceptional stability, resistance to warping, water, and temperature changes, and is patented in Japan. The neck’s thickness is optimized at 20.5*22.5 mm (at 1F*12F), providing a comfortable playing feel. The oil finish enhances the natural texture, reminiscent of a well-played guitar neck.
The ergonomic body design features a slim, contoured back and a deep waist cut, ensuring comfortable handling whether standing or seated. The body’s rounded edges and contours provide a snug fit, improving playability and stage presence.
The Super All Access Neck Joint allows easy access to higher frets by carving a 8mm step and shaping the joint into a spherical finish, maximizing resonance and sustain. The shallow cutaway on the bass side enhances playability without sacrificing tone.
Equipped with Seymour Duncan Hyperion pickups, specially developed for this model, these pickups balance clarity and output, maintaining the original tone even when distorted. All magnets are Alnico-5, ensuring rich harmonic response across all strings and frequencies. The pickups are designed for excellent responsiveness to effects and dynamic playing.
Includes a hard case and warranty.
