This is a stunning vintage Fleur doll outfit that dates from the early 1980s and was designed by Otto Simon. Fleur was considered Pedigree Sindys Dutch cousin and the clothes will also fit her. This is a lovely brushed cotton tartan dress with white cuffs and collar. The dress is in excellent condition and is a rare find.
