Michael Harding Brecon Beacons Set – 10 × 40ml Oil Paint

Michael Harding Brecon Beacons Set – 10 × 40ml Oil Paint

The fourth and final release of Michael Harding's 40th-anniversary year, the Brecon Beacons Selection takes its cue from the shifting greens, purples and cold blues of the Welsh mountains.

Cobalt Blue Deep anchors the set — a true cobalt with real weight to it, the colour of mountain shadow an hour after sunrise. Bismuth Vanadate is an opaque yellow that's very hard to mix from anything else, and the two purples fill the gap between violet and red-purple that most ranges leave you to mix yourself.

• Set contents: Forest Green, Cosmic Blue, Imperial Purple, Corinthian Purple, Amber, Hansa Yellow Medium, Perrindo Maroon, Pyrrole Crimson, Bismuth Vanadate & Cobalt Blue Deep
• Tube size: 10 × 40ml
• Series range: Series 2, 3, 4 and 5
