Crafted in Taiwan by Yamaha, it boasts a lightweight alder body (3.55kg) and a maple bolt-on neck with a rosewood fingerboard (22 frets, 628.6mm scale). The guitar's eye-catching pearl green finish is one of the early color options.
The instrument is equipped with three single-coil pickups—front with a slant single, and rear with a double single configuration—offering a wide range of tonal possibilities. The controls include volume, tone, a balancer, and a 3-position selector switch, allowing versatile sound shaping.
