HEY FOLKS! Shipping prices have skyrocketed and  I love to combine shipping where I can. Of course some items, it's not possible with shape and size, but many items like jewelry, clothing and smalls have been marked down to under $5. So if it is something that can just be tucked in to a package, it is kind of like going to a garage sale and getting a real bargain. It could be a $3 item with $9 shipping. Wallah! you saved 75%!
SO BE SURE TO CHECK OUT MY STORE AND SORT ACCORDING TO LOWEST PRICES. AFTER THE FIRST OF THE YEAR I WILL BE ELIMINATING MANY OF THE THINGS THAT HAVE BEEN LINGERING TOO  LONG.

THANKS AGAIN FOR SHOPPING AT THE DOWRY

Vintage Antique Edwardian Dated 1916 Ivory Wool Suit Tux Pants 31 Monrovia, CA

Jacket pictured in last photo NOT INCLUDED!

Nice pants!

I had a costume shop which I closed in 2012. This was part of my rental stock.

***(I have a jacket that is an amazing match. It’s shown in the second to last picture and the best I could show the match is in the last picture. JACKET IS NOT INCLUDED. Here is why. These pants have a date of 1916 inside. And the coat is dated 1935. But I just listed the jacket so be sure to check it out. You may want to purchase it also. )

These fine pants have a great label inside dating them “April 1916”

They are from “Wick Brothers Tailors” out of Monrovia, California. They belonged to Mr. E. G. Jordan.

Condition is quite amazing for the age. I see no moth holes or stains but there are 3 spots with some moth carving. On the back on the crease on both buttocks. And a little on the front top of crease on the left side.

The cuffs are pressed in but are not tacked up. I think they are original though I’m not certain. The measurements in specifics are with cuff.

The rise in front is 11” and in back is 17”

The cuff at hem is 7 1/2” wide lying flat.

I have NOT had this cleaned since I took it out of 14 years of storage.

No adverse smells and from a smoke and pet free home.

Bee sure to check out the 1935 jacket that matches these pants.
