Offered here from the dougfinds collection of curated fashion, accessories, clothing, collectibles, and unique gifts is this Beautiful antique ladies pendant watch featuring an Elgin mechanical movement housed in a gold-filled case marked “Star Warranted 20 Years.” A classic early 20th-century timepiece with elegant proportions and a charming original dial with sub-seconds.

The case measures approximately 28.4 mm in diameter. The back of the case features an engraved monogram, adding character and historical charm. Inside markings and serial numbers are visible and photographed.

The watch winds and ran when originally tested. A follow up test revealed to me that the winding mechanism isn’t seating properly and the watch will no longer run. UPDATE, SOON AFTER I REVISED THIS LISTING TO REFLECT THE OPERATION & THE PRICE, THE SILLY WATCH BEGAN KEEPING TIME AGAIN. So, something is wrong but I'd guess it's not too, too bad because it CAN function.

Overall condition is consistent with a well-preserved antique, with expected wear to the case and dial.
