This is a brand-new, completely unuséd Japanese Deba knife made using Yasuki Steel Blue No.2 (Aogami No.2).
The blade is engraved with 「青二」, indicating the use of Blue Steel No.2. The knife also features an engraved maker's mark/name, making it a distinctive piece for collectors and enthusiasts of traditional Japanese kitchen knives.
The knife has never been uséd for cutting or cooking and is completely unuséd.
