Rare bronze statuette from Bhutan, some points of oxidation due to age, it is a representation of Guru Rinpoche (Padmasambhava) in his most angry form (Dorje Drolö). According to legend, Dorje Drolö came on the back of a tiger to the Taktshang monastery (which means "Tiger's Den"), in order to subdue all the negative forces in the region. Unique copy.
