Because we are a print-to-order company specializing in custom products, returns and exchanges are generally not available. Exceptions may be made for verified printing errors or inherent garment defects.
Every item is carefully inspected before shipment to help ensure it meets our quality standards. If your order arrives with a printing error or garment defect, please contact us promptly so we can review and resolve the issue.
For eligible non-custom returns, we accept items within 14 days of the purchase date, provided they are unused, unworn, and returned in new condition. The buyer is responsible for return postage and any applicable restocking fees.
Please confirm your selected size before completing your purchase. Exchanges resulting from an incorrect size selection cannot be accommodated.
