Onkyo Corporation is a Japanese audio manufacturer founded in 1946. The ND-S10 is a digital media transport designed to extract the digital audio signal directly from an iPod/iPhone or PC via USB, bypassing internal DACs and delivering a low-jitter signal to an external audio system. Its precision clock circuit achieves ±10PPM accuracy — significantly tighter than a typical CD player (±50PPM) — for superior jitter performance.
