Up for auction is a wonderfully rare, retired Halloween folk art centerpiece manufactured by Bethany Lowe Designs. This highly collectible piece was designed by the celebrated primitive folk artists Sherri and Terri Kisselburg of the Reddy Teddy Go Company. The underside of the base features the authentic manufacturer stamping.
• Design & Details: Features five meticulously sculpted witches holding hands in a classic coven circle around a hollow jack-o'-lantern centerpiece. The figures boast incredible personality with wide, toothy grins, hooked noses, pointed black hats, and wild crepe/synthetic fiber hair.
• Materials: Expertly crafted to replicate antique German pulp and papier-mâché toys, mounted on a solid matte-black block base with a central black wire handle loop.
• Condition: Excellent pre-owned condition with beautifully preserved textures, deep colors, and structural integrity. (Please review photos carefully for exact cosmetic condition).
• Collector's Value: This is a long-retired, hard-to-find piece from a beloved artistic collaboration. Perfect as a mantle statement piece or a centerpiece for a vintage-style Halloween display.
AS IS - since I cannot find an image of this Bethany Lowe piece online I cannot verify what the black stake coming out of the pumpkin was used - for perhaps it had a happy Halloween sign, or perhaps it held a witch on a broom, but uncertain
