Vintage Carlton Ware Australian Design floral mug / beaker, made in England.

A wonderfully decorative piece with a bright primrose yellow glaze, moulded leaf detailing and colourful raised floral decoration in shades of pink, red and green.

The unusual dark brown handle is modelled as a branch or stem, complete with further flower and leaf decoration, giving the piece a wonderfully sculptural appearance.

The design has a distinctive Art Deco botanical style typical of Carlton Ware’s colourful decorative ceramics.
