Open box.  The watch was never worn and still has the protective plastic on the case back.  It comes in it's original box and protective cardboard sleeve, inside the teacup, with the Certificate of Authenicity and warranty.  It does have 1 small spot of peeling/flaking on the band.  Please see pictures.
