Sterling Silver Dark Blue Sapphire Gemstone Hinged Bangle Bracelet. The length looks to be about 7.25". The sapphires were tested on my presidium and the metal was acid tested as well, although it seems likely that the sterling has a thin rhodium plating because the metal is pretty shiny.
